We are committed to your satisfaction and your transformation. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Coaching Programs
Due to the nature of coaching services and the immediate delivery of program materials, all coaching program purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on coaching programs once access has been granted or the program has begun. If you have concerns about your program, please contact us — we are committed to supporting your success.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final due to the nature of digital delivery. We do not offer refunds on downloadable products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Discovery Call Cancellations
Discovery calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled time.
Speaking Engagements
Cancellation and refund terms for speaking engagements are outlined in the individual speaking agreement. Please refer to your signed agreement for specific terms.
Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation.
