I have lived the experience of losing everything — my freedom, my sense of self, my idea of who I was supposed to be. After incarceration, I faced what so many women face: the weight of shame, the silence of people who once supported you, and the overwhelming question of what comes next.
I did not have a roadmap. I had to build one. Through years of doing the real, uncomfortable work of healing, rebuilding my identity, and discovering that my past did not disqualify my purpose — I found my way. And then I built a program so you would not have to find yours alone.
The Rebirth Blueprint™ is not theory. It is the exact framework I used and refined through my own journey and through coaching women who were exactly where you are right now. Every week, every exercise, every conversation is designed to move you from surviving to becoming.
